Think Like Elon Musk !!

As the future of commerce looks like it will be driven by AI and robot automation in a few years, there are people who think that they have more to lose than others because their jobs are disappearing. Some are worried about being replaced by robots or AI, but other workers fear losing the power that comes with the job. But while some believe that these two concerns are very real, I believe that their fears are unfounded. 

It is possible for humans to prosper without becoming robotic slaves, as history shows. In fact, many human entrepreneurs have thrived in this new world of work and even found success in their entrepreneurial endeavours. The reason why I am focusing on this topic today is because the current state of technology has made the idea of creating businesses an almost impossible task for most people. Nowadays, it is difficult to find a skilled programmer, hardware engineer, software developer, data scientist, or anything else in tech. This means that unless you are a billionaire with decades of experience building cutting-edge devices such as smartphones with artificial intelligence that can make a huge impact on society, you may not have much choice but to simply start a business, which is just fine with me. I think one thing about having enough money to invest in a company is that you can start something from scratch.

All you need is your own personal drive and perseverance. To say nothing of where you live, how old you are, or what kind of insurance you have, if you’re starting a small bakery, at least you can set up shop because you don’t need millions of dollars to go ahead and open the doors of your store right away. You can choose your customers, decide on the way you want them to spend, and let the rest follow from there. If you don’t have this type of attitude, then nothing good ever happens. So if you’re looking to get started with entrepreneurship, here’s my recommendation: read books like Rich Dad, Poor Dad and learn everything there is to know about successful startups. If you’re still not convinced that you should try it for yourself, now is the time to take action. Start learning programming, learn coding, learn to code, and build up your technical skills so that when things come knocking on your door, you can respond with efficiency instead of being distracted by all the noise out there in the world!

The best part is that once you’ve got the fundamentals down, it’s still easier to learn all the necessary skills at any age. For instance, everyone needs basic math to calculate their monthly expenses without thinking that "we’ll never make ends meet if we continue working more hours and getting paid less on top of everything else!" Instead, by taking courses in calculus and statistics, knowing the basics of probability (there’s no wrong answer, only different answers), and developing creative problem-solving techniques, you can focus on learning to do complex calculations efficiently as you grow older. If this isn’t exciting enough for you yet, consider using tools like Excel or Google Sheets to keep track of your financial progress at the beginning and end of each month. That way, you could easily see where you stand compared to the amount of cash coming into your bank account. Not to mention that those numbers show you whether you’re putting money aside for retirement or just making sure that you’re doing enough savings for your kids.

Another useful skill I’d recommend for anyone interested in becoming a full-time entrepreneur is communication skills. With this knowledge, there is little doubt that you can successfully run an organisation and effectively communicate with your staff members, clients, sales team, etc. In addition to that, you also have to be able to work well with coworkers. Here, you must be comfortable handling conflict situations and be willing to compromise. Of course, this does not mean that you cannot have differences of opinion with your boss or your coworkers. However, these aren’t meant to tear a team apart; rather, they mean that sometimes the lines between respect and contempt are blurred! And besides that, don’t forget to develop relationships with friends and family, even during times of trouble, so that you can stay close to those relationships no matter what difficulties arise.

Finally, another important aspect of life in general for most businessmen is risk management. Entrepreneurship requires you to put up a fight every single day. After all, you are the ones who are investing your own money to create a solution for one of your problems that exists in countless others. The key is to remain calm and composed under pressure, regardless of the size of your losses or profits, because eventually, as long as you stay focused on making positive changes, you won’t fail. There are quite possibly several ways that entrepreneurs learn to do this, but the easiest way is through trial and error. By constantly improving your ability to manage risks and uncertainties, you can better prepare yourself to move forward on different projects. Moreover, with proper research, you can discover opportunities for expansion, market expansion, or business development. Once you’ve identified the problems that need solving and have a clear understanding of what steps to take next, find a reliable mentor or employer and start growing your professional network right away. After that, stick to your routine, and most importantly, keep building the foundation of your business to ensure continued growth over the next several years.

Remember that none of us are born to become business owners, but it’s always better to start something that way.
